The only things I’ve had today were iced tea and graham crackers, so obviously I’m freakin’ hungry, and in my house there’s about 93% healthy choices, buy all I really want is an ice cream cone! Wah wah I’m such a baby and I just wanna be skinny poop. Also I watched THS Selena Gomez this morning and it made me never want to eat again and just work out 24/7 which is bad I know but still…

Today was a good day!

I did 20 minutes of cardio, then worked on arms, shoulders, back, and abs-total upper body attack and it feels sooo good! Tomorrow I plan on doing the same, but working in lower body. It feels so good to get back into a groove again :)

Considering that you have been trying for a shorter period of time, I think that it is COMPLETELY normal to fall off the bandwagon. When I first started I think I would only be able to go 3 weeks then fall off for 2 if not more. It does get better. You just have to find that part in your mind where your drive is sitting along with all the reasons why you want to do it in the first place. It is still there, and being able to find it makes you that much closer to achieving it. Just keep going--even if you have plateaus and are searching for the wagon remember YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IT! You haven't given up--you haven't thrown in the towel. You just got lost for a moment. I've gained weight before in my falls, but once you get back on track it falls right back off. :) You can do it! I know you can!!! Don't get too down on yourself--because remember, you are only human. You are trying your hardest to escape the bounds of the normal activities that you have been participating in DAILY for quite a period of your life. So of course it will be tough to stick with it at first. Its like smoking in a way. You can't expect a smoker to cut it out of their life cold turkey and not have slip ups here and there. It can take half a year or even years, especially considering we don't have personal trainers with us everyday to make sure we don't fall, or are at a camp for months doing nothing but dieting and workouts. But no matter how long it takes you, getting closer to the end is all worth it. Because even if it say takes you a year and a half or two, you will STILL be at the goal and no longer anywhere near where you were when you started. :)

I have found a new inspiration!

So, I’ve always wanted to act, professionally on film, and sure I’ve gotten into all the plays I’ve auditioned for, but if I were smaller, more fit, I’d be way more confident! So now I’m going to work towards my goal so that during my winter break, I can go to some auditions!

Today, my mom said "even though you've only lost 6.5 lbs, I can see that you've slimmed down"

she continued with “at this rate, no one will recognize you when you go back to school!” That’s exactly what I’m hoping for :) also, sorry that I’ve mostly been posting text and no fitspo, I’ve been pretty busy, and I can only use my mom’s phone to get online so it makes it hard to post pictures! Soon as I figure it out though, I’m on it :)

I FEEL SO GOOD

I worked out with my mom earlier, and I’m starting to feel it in my arms and back, it’s great! Then I took my brother shopping and he FINALLY took my advice and got some cool clothes haha :) I just love the feeling after your work out, it’s awesome :)

Lost 5 pounds snitchesssss

My goal is to lose another 10 by the time we go on our family vacation to D.C. (in 2 weeks) then another 20 before we go to Ohio (visit family) in August, then I’ll go back to school 30 lbs lighter!

Started apartment shopping yesterday and it was so exciting!

I got some bathroom stuff and an awesome bedframe-I can fit tons of storage underneath & it’s this great silver color that’ll go with anything! And I originally wanted my bathroom to be a blue theme, but I saw this teal/gold/orange/pink/white striped shower curtain and fell in love, so I got that and an orange wastebasket & a pink/orange bath mat! I can’t wait for next year guys!!

Now that it's summer I've been having tons of "fat days"

Ok actually like everyday. I wanna just throw on a pair of cute shorts and a flowy top and be ready in 5 minutes, instead of agonizing for like a half hour about what’ll look decent and be good for the 90 degree weather. But even though I won’t be super fit this summer, I know I will be eventually! Going to the gym before work today, can’t wait!!
