The only things I’ve had today were iced tea and graham crackers, so obviously I’m freakin’ hungry, and in my house there’s about 93% healthy choices, buy all I really want is an ice cream cone! Wah wah I’m such a baby and I just wanna be skinny poop. Also I watched THS Selena Gomez this morning and it made me never want to eat again and just work out 24/7 which is bad I know but still…
I did 20 minutes of cardio, then worked on arms, shoulders, back, and abs-total upper body attack and it feels sooo good! Tomorrow I plan on doing the same, but working in lower body. It feels so good to get back into a groove again :)

I worked out with my mom earlier, and I’m starting to feel it in my arms and back, it’s great! Then I took my brother shopping and he FINALLY took my advice and got some cool clothes haha :) I just love the feeling after your work out, it’s awesome :)

Can someone help me? I do tons of stuff but I never feel it the next day, what am I doing wrong? I also need tips on what to do for my sides? :)
My goal is to lose another 10 by the time we go on our family vacation to D.C. (in 2 weeks) then another 20 before we go to Ohio (visit family) in August, then I’ll go back to school 30 lbs lighter!
I got some bathroom stuff and an awesome bedframe-I can fit tons of storage underneath & it’s this great silver color that’ll go with anything! And I originally wanted my bathroom to be a blue theme, but I saw this teal/gold/orange/pink/white striped shower curtain and fell in love, so I got that and an orange wastebasket & a pink/orange bath mat! I can’t wait for next year guys!!
Ok actually like everyday. I wanna just throw on a pair of cute shorts and a flowy top and be ready in 5 minutes, instead of agonizing for like a half hour about what’ll look decent and be good for the 90 degree weather. But even though I won’t be super fit this summer, I know I will be eventually! Going to the gym before work today, can’t wait!!
