A few weeks ago when we went to hip hop the instructor said, “Hey Lee-Ann, congrats on running your first mile!” and I’m over here all confused. I guess she’s been jog/walking for months, and she finally jog/ran a whole mile with NO WALKING! Saturday she’s going for 2 miles - go mom!!

Once I get myself fixed, I’m really going to work on my running because we I decided we’re going to do The Color Run 2013! Right now she says she doesn’t want people throwing stuff at her, but I’ve got a year to convince her, haha.
In other news, I had a good workout today! Kicking off August right :) I did cardio and legs, abs, and arms (so everything) and tomorrow I plan on just doing cardio, but it feels so good to get back to the weights!

The only thing that sucks is that I’ve lost a lot of my muscle, so I’m back to using 5 & 10 pound weights :/ I’ve 2 weeks lefts until I leave for school though, so I am determined to change that!!

Tomorrow morning I’m going to the gym with my mom at 5:30, then Olivia and I are gonna do something around 9! We haven’t decided what, but we are tryna get fit! But now I’m off to bed ‘cause I had an 8 hour shift! Night!!
I am 100% awake right now.
I couldn’t even sleep if I wanted to.
I think I’ve found my new favorite workout time….!! Hello 5:30am :)
Hopefully my dad’ll see that I’m totally capable of driving a brand new car and not totaling it, then maybe get me my own…? But I was in a time crunch, so I did the elliptical for 30ish minutes, then did some shoulder & back work. This back fat has got to go yo!
Last night my dad was all “maybe you shouldn’t try to go so early, you need to be well rested for your first day of camp” but she could have woken up and told me we’re not going! Now I’m ready to go! Maybe I can get my dad to take me…
Hitting the gym at 5:30am because my mom’s teaching at a summer camp this week and I close tomorrow :/ wahh that’s so early! But hey, a workout’s a workout!

I haven’t had as good a workout in SUCH a long time!!

This gives me a little over an hour to make a workout plan that my brother can do with me, but that will also work with my ever changing schedule
oh boy, wish me luck folks
I don’t work until 4:30, so I definitely have time to get a good workout in. I just wish I had a car, it’d be so much less complicated…
Anyway, I’m watching Pretty Little Liars! Ahh!
